How much are the shipping costs?
PLAYDUD3 offers free shipping for all items worldwide.

 

How will my shipment be delivered?
Depending on the order quantity, we will ship your order within Germany with Deutsche Post as a letter post or as a package.

If you order from other (EU) countries or Switzerland, your order will be sent as a package in the most effective way free of charge.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
The delivery time for all paid products is usually five to seven working days. On the product page you will find up-to-date information on the delivery time of the respective product. If you order products with different delivery times, the delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time.
When shipping abroad, longer delivery times may apply.

Is it possible to get the delivery on a desired date?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it is not possible to ship your order on a date of your choice. All orders are processed in the order in which we receive them.

When placing your order you can choose between the following payment methods:

How do I get the invoice for my order?
The invoice for your order is included in the delivery in paper form. Please note that the invoice will also be included with the delivery if you specify a different shipping address.

 

If you have lost the invoice, please contact us using the contact form with your order number. If you have created a customer account, you can also download your invoice in your account.
