All of the above copyright provisions apply in particular but not exclusively to the name PLAYDUD3, playdud3, the "devilish 3" logo, Playdud3 - in the spelling P-L-A-Y-D-U-D-3, after which the word PLAYDUDE is written with a 3 instead of an E at the end.
