General conditions of participation for social media competitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to PLAYDUD3 Inc. whose Instagram handle is @PLAYDUD3 / @REAL.PLAYDUD3. The “Prize” refers to shopping vouchers for www.playdud3.com with a purchase value of €500, €300 and €200.
Unused or remaining balance cannot be paid out or transferred. If the purchase value exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the checkout. The vouchers are not transferable.
By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by December 31, 2023, 0 UTC. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected by the Promoter on January 6, 2024 at 17 UTC and the winners will be notified and publicly announced on that date.
The promoter competitions with participation via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok are open worldwide. Three(3) winners will be randomly selected from all entrants across all platforms.
No purchase required. Winners do not have to pay anything to take part in the competition.
Participants must be over 13 years old on the day of their participation.
Employees of the organizer are not eligible to participate.
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok are in no way affiliated with or involved in the competition.
Following multiple platforms increases your chance of winning as entries from all platforms are collected and entered into the drawing.
Each participant enters the competition by following @PLAYDUD3 (instagram, Facebook, Twitter) / @real.playdud3 on TikTok on one of these platforms, sharing the post and liking the post.
The prize will be awarded to the randomly selected winners who are registered as a user on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and/or TikTok, follow @PLAYDUD3 / @REAL.PLAYDUD3 and selected at random. The organizer is not liable if the stated prize is not available or cannot be fulfilled.
The Organizer is not liable for non-receipt of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, damaged, defective, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter's liability under or in connection with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions is limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential costs, expenses, losses or damages incurred by any entrant, even if such costs, expenses, losses arise or damage was reasonably foreseeable by the Participant or could reasonably be foreseen by the Participant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative available. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner's name, address, email address and telephone number must be provided to the Promoter upon request and will be disclosed to enable delivery of the prize
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The organizer's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner's name and social media username may be published on the Promoter's social media profiles after the winner has been selected. Unclaimed winnings expire after 14 days.
Legal recourse is excluded.
